Jeff is a business transactional attorney and has 50 years of experience in negotiating, structuring and drafting in all aspects of corporate and business transactions including mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale of businesses and professional practices, secured transactions, joint ventures, limited liability companies, employment agreements, distribution/sales/licensing/franchise agreements, shareholder agreements, operating agreements and the rendering of day-to-day business advice.

Jeff graduated in 1969 from the National Law Center at George Washington University in Washington D,.C. and has been a member of the New York State Bar since 1970.
