Resident Engineer for reconstruction of occupied and unoccupied firehouses for NYC Fire Department and NYC Bureau of Emergency Medical Services Ambulance and Crisis Response Units. Facilities included Squad Company 252 and Engine Company 218 in Brooklyn; Engine Company 156 in Staten Island; and EMS Station 23 at Jacobi Hospital in The Bronx. Demolished and replaced of existing deteriorated structural steel and concrete decks, installed new structural steel and reinforced concrete apparatus floors, and performed site work. Coordinated and managed separate contracts with the general contractor, electrical, plumbing, and heating, ventilation and air conditioning contractors.
