Participated on Design-Build Team of the Marine Parkway Bridge, owned and operated by the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority.  Designed Traffic Management Plan for D’Onofrio General Contractors to enable replacement of the marine fender systems along the US Coast Guard Navigational Channel.
