Resident Engineer in charge of replacement of more than 3,000 windows for Park Terrace Gardens, a residential co-op in upper Manhattan. Provided preconstruction services including design and shop drawing review, asbestos, and lead investigations. Provided project management, schedule and budget control, and designed the final installation plan that allowed tenants safe occupancy throughout construction. Oversaw façade replacement, interior renovation, and landscaping.
